Irish Outlook
How it works
Notre Dame football: what everyone is saying, and our take.
How does Irish Outlook pick its stories?
The desk reads the Notre Dame coverage of the outlets it follows and finds the stories at least two of them are reporting. It runs three times a day.
Who writes the takes?
An AI model writes our take on a story from that coverage alone, and the take links every outlet that reported it.
Posts from X that the coverage itself quotes are quoted in the take, linked to the post; nothing from X loads on the page.
Which outlets does the desk read?
How is a take checked before it publishes?
Before a take publishes, the desk checks it against the coverage: every quote must appear there word for word, and every number and every name must appear there too. A take that fails a check is not published.
The desk writes no take on a story about an arrest, a lawsuit, an investigation, a death or a medical emergency; those are for reporters.
How do I report a mistake in a take?
Write to contact@mediasavior.com with the take's address.
Is Irish Outlook part of Notre Dame?
